College classes can be expensive and not directly related to a career in Process Safety Management. The NH3 Training Center of Texas' PSM Career Path includes a robust, detailed training program where you will learn how to implement PSM and RMP and have the confidence and skill set to implement PSM at your workplace.

Classes include a 3- Tier multifaceted Learning Program. Once completed, you will be ready to launch into your new career as a PSM Professional.

Training will include:

Level I- The Fundamental Basics of PSM
Level II – The Nuts and Bolts of PSM
Level III – Consulting and Implementation of a PSM Program
Level IV – Application (Optional)

As a PSM Professional you will be encouraged to attend some On-The-Job Training in the facilities with a JS Compliance LLC Team Member or other PSM Consulting Firm. This will provide exposure to a Real Work Environment and further your Implementation skills.

JSC or other PSM Consulting Firms nationwide may be interested in hiring you at the time of your graduation as a PSM Professional. JSC will be offering a Certified Partnership and/or JSC Franchise to individuals who wish to start their own PSM Consulting Firm.

Live 4-Day Classroom Training – Conroe Texas

Training Schedule will be Monday – Thursday

8AM-4PM.

(This is a 4 Day Training located in Conroe, Texas area).

Classroom is limited to 10 students. JSC may cancel this session if the participation goal isn’t met.

Paid Registration must be 6 weeks in advance to allow time for travel arrangements and materials to be compiled.

Included with the Level I Training

4 Weekly Follow-Up Live Webinars (1 each week for 4 weeks) These sessions are designed to allow for follow-up training from the Live Classroom Training to clear up any items that may have been mis interpreted by the students. Students are encouraged to ask Questions for clarification from their studies and the Live Classroom Training.

Week 5 - One-On-One Session (4-hour Session) In this session Jet will test your knowledge and the ability to pass the Level I Training Certification.

Failure to attend the 4-Follow-up Live Webinars and the One-On-One Session would result in a Non-Passing grade for the Level 1 Certification. Jet will do everything she can to make sure you are successful. However, this program is stringent and dedication to completion is a priority.

Level I Certification must be successfully completed with a passing grade before you can register for Level 2.

Cost: $3250. Does not include travel expenses.

OR April 7, 2025 – April 10, 2025

Training Schedule will be Monday – Thursday 8AM-4PM.

Week 5 - One-On-One Session (4-hour Session) In this session Jet will test your knowledge and the ability to pass the Level III Training Certification.

Failure to attend the 4-Follow-up Live Webinars and the One-On-One Session would result in a NON-Passing grade for the Level III Certification. Jet will do everything she can to make sure you are successful. However, this program is stringent and dedication to completion is a priority.

At the completion of a passing grade for Level III, you will be awarded your PSM Professional Certification from NH3 Training Center of Texas.

Cost: $3250. Does not include travel expenses.

Level IV – APPLICATION

This is an optional level to further your PSM Consulting experience in the Real World. Depending on your chosen career path in PSM, you will be partnered with a JSC Team Member and assist with On-Site PHA’s, Compliance Audits, Mechanical Integrity Inspections, and/or IIAR-9 System Safety Assessments. This will be on-the-job training at our client’s locations across the USA and Canada.

This would be a Paid Apprenticeship with JSC or Paid by your Sponsor.

NH3 Training Center provides qualified and experienced trainers in Industrial Refrigeration Processes. As a PSM Leader for over 28 years, Jet’s utmost goal is to make sure you learn the PSM and RMP standards while maintaining the integrity of the standards as they were written and intended to be.

Training Details & Opportunities

The key to the success of this training program is to ensure you will have the necessary knowledge and skill set to perform your job with integrity and quality. Therefore, you will be given Tests throughout the training, to ensure you have learned the materials.

NH3 Training Center of Texas, LLC shall ascertain that each Student has received and understood the training. NH3 Training Center of Texas, LLC will prepare a record which contains the identity of the student, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the student understood the training.

As a PSM Professional, you may be working at a fixed system facility (plant level) or as a traveling PSM Consultant. A traveling PSM Consultant would explore many different facilities and clients across the country. Typically, a traveling PSM Consultant earns more income and must travel 2-3 weeks out of the month. Before launching into this career path, take a hard look at your future to ensure you are dedicated to the path you choose.

Implemented by OSHA and the EPA. PSM is a Safety Standard, therefore the highest level of training and integrity must be met by our students.

Once all training requirements have been met, your PSM Professional Certification will assure your current or future employer that you can perform the day-to-day task as a PSM Professional.
