President & CEO

Jet is the President and Owner of JS Compliance, LLC. & NH3 Training Center of Texas, LLC. She has over 28 years of experience in implementing all aspects of OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management, EPA 40 CFR Part 68 Risk Management Plans, OSHA General Duty Clause -5(a)(1), EPA’s Clean Air Act Section 112(r)(1) General Duty Clause, and OSHA and EPA State Approved Programs.

She has facilitated numerous Process Hazard Analysis’ (PHAs) and has led many other PSM projects for clients. She has experience creating cradle to grave Process Safety Management Programs including policy and procedure development, Mechanical Integrity Inspection and Testing Programs in accordance with RAGAGEP, GAP Analysis to identify deficiencies in Preventative Maintenance Programs, Standard Operating Procedure development, and PSM/Operator Training Program development and implementation.

Her knowledge of IIAR Codes and Standards and RETA give her the opportunity to share her skills with others across the globe.

These courses are presented by experienced PSM Professionals and Refrigeration Operators and are designed to provide further and on-going training in the implementation of Federal and State requirements regarding Anhydrous Ammonia use in Industrial Refrigeration.

The training courses are intended for entry level refrigeration operators, refrigeration maintenance technicians, experienced refrigeration operators, plant and corporate engineers and managers, refrigeration contractors, regulatory compliance personnel, and consulting firms providing services to the refrigeration industry.

NH3 Training Center of Texas, LLC was founded to close the Gap for the need of training in State and Federal Regulations as they pertain to the Ammonia Refrigeration Industry.

Mission

Our founder’s mission is to share the knowledge she has learned in her years in the Ammonia Refrigeration Industry providing regulatory compliance services throughout the US and Canada.

In addition, specific training courses are available for owners and operators of facilities with less than 10,000 lbs. of ammonia. We feel it is important to educate individuals responsible for the programs in order to create an alliance between facility personnel and consulting firms.

Our VISION is to provide comprehensive training programs to provide knowledge for compliance to individuals in the Ammonia Refrigeration Industry and to recruit and encourage the younger generation to consider the opportunities that are available in the Ammonia Refrigeration Industry through our training programs.
